Education

The Adult Education program strives to give students a second chance to achieve a basic education by helping them learn and improve basic skills (reading, writing and math), prepare for successful GED testing, transition into a career or post-secondary education, and much more!

High School
Dual Credit

At Danville Area Community College, Dual Credit programs allow high school students to take college-level courses and receive college and high school credits. The completed courses and grades are recorded on both the high school transcript and college transcript. The courses must be approved by the high school in advance.

Danville Area Community College is proud to be the One Stop Operator for the Vermilion County American Job Center. Located near downtown Danville at 407 N Franklin St., the American Job Center is home to all of the services offered through our Vermilion County workforce development partners.

The DACC Corporate and Community Education Division (CCE) is committed to serving the training and consulting needs of the business, industrial, labor and professional community. CCE was developed to respond to these needs quickly and with a high degree of flexibility. We’re also dedicated to enhancing and improving the lives of community members with courses, workshops, seminars, tours, conferences, and other activities that expand knowledge.
