Students can complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) earlier than in the past AND they will use financial data from a prior calendar year.
For students planning to attend college in the 2020/21 school year you may complete the 2020/21 FAFSA beginning Oct 1, 2019 and will use financial data from 2018.
We will be holding several campus events to inform students of this earlier date to apply as well as holding several "hands on" FAFSA 2020/21 Workshops.
The workshops are open to the public. No appointment needed.
There are no workshops scheduled for the remaining of the year but students may come to the Financial Aid office without an appointment Monday -Friday 8 to 4. If you cannot visit during these times, please call the office (217.443.8891) so that staff can arrange a time to help you complete the FAFSA.
All workshops are held in the DACC Administrative Services Building on the 2nd Floor at 2000 E. Main Street, Danville, IL 61832.
