CUST105 Intro to Environmental Services (Every Semester) – 3.0 hours
Course Description: This course covers industry safety standards, including OSHA and EPA regulations. Students will learn basic concepts and techniques for chemical usage in the cleaning process. Professional standards and customer service will be reviewed and discussed.

CUST106 General Cleaning Practices (Every Semester) – 3.0 hours
Course Description: This course covers general cleaning practices and their impact on public health and safety. After learning concepts and professional practices, students receive hand-on to identify, select and perform correct cleaning procedures in public areas, offices and restrooms.

CUST107 Hard Surfaces Care (Every Semester) – 4.0 hours
Course Description: This course covers advanced floor maintenance and the special procedures, chemicals, tools, and equipment used to maintain a building’s appearance. Hands-on experience will emphasize buffing/burnishing, machine-scrubbing and stripping and applying finishes.

CUST108 Carpet and Upholstery (Every Semester) – 4.0 hours
Course Description: This course covers carpet and upholstery cleaning procedures, chemicals, tools and equipment to maintain and protect flooring and furniture. Hands-on experience focuses on spot/stain removal, carpet extraction and upholstery care.
