Course Objectives: To discuss and demonstrate how "WORLD CLASS" Strategies, require an integrated Maintenance and Production schedule to achieve high labor and asset utilizations, reduction in
downtime and costly defects. Provide tools to help participants to implement and achieve a high Internal Rate of Return by implementing Maintenance Planning and Scheduling with existing resources. Use Planning and Scheduling tools to develop a case study example of a job plan. Discuss Roles and Responsibilities of all functions, departments and positions for achieving high schedule compliance.

INTRODUCTION TO PREVENTIVE & PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE

Course Objectives: To show how Maintenance Activities are an investment and optimizing Maintenance plans for each piece of equipment should be based on its criticality to the business. Demonstrate how to define equipment criticality based on the consequences of failure. Work case studies on how to develop effective and efficient equipment care plans. PROBLEM SOLVING & ROOT CAUSE WORKSHOP

This course describes the methodologies and skills used to identify the origin or source of problems, including breaking down the problem definition and deriving good problem statements. The training focuses on a problem that has been identified by the client and follows the problem-solving and root cause analysis process to discover actual causes resulting in the identified process breakdown.

TRAINING WITHIN INDUSTRY: JOB INSTRUCTION

This course is a dynamic training methodology that creates an environment in which jobs are performed the same way, by all team members and where problem solving is done at the operator level. TWI recognizes supervisors have five basic needs to be effective including Knowledge of the Work and Knowledge of Responsibilities.

NFPA70E ARC FLASH ELECTRICAL SAFETY TRAINING

OSHA and NFPA require this training for all employees who have the potential for exposure to live conductors of 50V or greater as part of their anticipated work. Includes the latest NFPA 70E updates.

40 HOUR HAZWOPER TRAINING

The 40 hour HAZWOPER training course is specifically designed for workers who are involved in clean-up operations, voluntary clean-up operations, emergency response operations, and storage, disposal, or treatment of hazardous substances or uncontrolled hazardous waste sites.

FORKLIFT OPERATOR TRAINING

This class provides training to keep your employees and workplace in compliance with OSHA's forklift safety standard. It covers both the classroom instruction and driving, making safety the top priority. Participants will be provided certificate of completion to present to employer.

POWERED INDUSTRIAL TRUCK TRAIN-THE-TRAINER

As of December 1, 1999, all authorized powered industrial truck operators are required to complete Powered Industrial Truck Safety Training. Our adult training classroom instruction, driver's observations, and testing process will enhance your operators to become better trainers.
