I. COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course is an
introduction
to the basic techniques of numerical analysis and
programming using C++
on the microcomputers. Students get actual experience
operating a computer and
peripheral equipment. The course is designed for business
and engineering students.
A special course fee is assessed. Prerequisite: Credit
in Math 120, 125. Class
meets 4 hours per week.

III. HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE::
A. You don't
have to
use the PC in MM206 if you have a home PC/Laptop.
B. If you have a home PC, but don't have the
software, you can download the free
software
(C++Builder/Compiler5.5)
from:

C. If you don't know how to download and
install
the free software make an appoint,
with the
instructor.
Bring your PC/Laptop to the instructor's office,
he will install
it for you.
D. If you don't have a PC, you may use DACC's
PC in any Lab. About 4-7 "computer
hours" per week
are needed to finish the homeworks.
