The Executive Committee consists of the officers and the
chairs of the other standing committees. The committee makes
recommendations to the Board, and reviews plans prepared by the standing
committees. The Executive Committee may exercise all powers and duties
ascribed to the board, except amendment of the Bylaws, but shall not act in
conflict with action or policies of the Board or the Chief Elected Official.
The Committee meets the third Thursday of every month.
