Committee Description

Retard "brain drain" from Vermilion County and encourage a return flow of native sons and daughters.  Understand why young people leave the area or do not return after achieving higher education.  Track down and entice former Vermilion high school graduates to return.  Work with local employers to identify employment opportunities for these folks.
