The Hoopeston Multi-Agency provides many services for all ages of people in northern Vermilion County.  Services include: social services, counseling, and transportation for seniors and the disabled.  There is also an after school program for students ages 8-17 years-old and a thrift shop open daily from 9-3 pm.
