From the north: Illinois Rt. 1
(Vermilion Street) south to the stoplight at Vermilion and Seminary Streets.
Turn right (west) one block to IETC.
From the south: >Illinois Rt. 1 (Gilbert Street) north to the
stoplight at Gilbert and Seminary Streets. Turn right (east) two blocks to
IETC.
From the east/west: From Interstate 74, take the Gilbert Street
exit North. Go north on Gilbert to the stoplight at Gilbert and Seminary
Streets. Turn right (east) two blocks to IETC.
