Registration & Advisement

Course Registration

    Students are encouraged to register early for classes. Registration for part-time (11 hours or less) students may be conducted over the phone ((217)443-8800) or by walking into the Admissions Office located on the first floor of Vermillion Hall when placement testing and academic advisement are not required. Students who register for full-time (12 hours or more) must have their schedule approved by an advisor. Advisement is available by appointment and walk-in basis. Students are encouraged to call the counseling office, (217) 443-8750, for an advisement appointment. Counseling offices are located on the first floor of Lincoln Hall, Room 104.

     Students may also register online after meeting with an Academic Advisor or Counselor and making an Academic Plan for upcoming semesters.
