Scholars are to meet with the instructor twice between initially contracting for a Scholars Project and doing the final presentation.  This form is to be completed during each of the update meetings, signed by the student and the instructor, and returned to the Director of Scholars Programs.  Failure to do so will result in credit being received for the Scholars Project.
