What does Pi Omega DO?

Pi Omega is a very active chapter of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.  Many of our activities focus on the Society's four Hallmarks:  scholarship, leadership, fellowship, and service.  We participate in activities on the campus of Danville Area Community College and are often called upon for assistance by DACC administration.  We also participate in many activities within the community, emphasizing the "community" aspect of "community college."  In addition, we participate in activities throughout our region and at the international level.  Participation is always voluntary, but our activities provide a means by which our members can truly make a difference.  Also, the activities in which our members participate can be a tremendous advantage on applications for scholarships, educational or career programs, and employment.

Below is a short list of our activities to give you an overview of some of our programming.
To see what we are planning in the near future, please see our Upcoming Activities List.
