The Danville Area Community College Child Development Center, a DCFS-licensed daycare and preschool facility, announces rare openings in its preschool program for Spring 2012. Classrooms serving children from 3 years to 5 years old have limited seats available at this time. Currently there are no openings in the Toddler classroom (15-24 months) or 2-year old classroom. The Center does not offer programs for school age children during the regular academic year.

The Center offers care from 6:45AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday, 51 weeks per year. Services include breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack daily. All teachers have an Early Childhood Education background which emphasizes the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual health and development of children. The Center also serves as a laboratory observation center for DACC classes in related fields.

Weekly and daily rates are also available. The Center accepts Childcare Resource payments, JTPA payments, and reimbursements from other qualified children’s services agencies.

The Center is open to ANY child in the community. Child registration information is available by calling Director Ana Nasser at 217-443-8833.
