Before you can use a citation builder like Noodletools, you must be able to identify the type of material you are citing.

You can use the following questions to help you identify what kind of source you have. Begin with one of the basic types of information and select the appropriate answer. This will direct you to further questions and answers until you arrive at your probable source.
