Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or significant work experience in Training and Development, Education, Human Resources Development, or a closely related field; experience with microcomputers and Microsoft Office software; willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule; excellent planning and organizational skills; individual who is self-motivated with a high level of energy; ability to assess, supervise, review, and evaluate the work of subordinates in a fair, impartial and independent manner; ability to apply Board policies, practices, and procedures; abilty to understand and apply management principles concerning budgeting personnel costs, overtime expenses, while providing the necessary and proper customer service.
Desired qualifications: Master's Degree, or significant work experience, in a related field; has at least two years of educational experience; experience with microcomputers using Microsoft Office software; possesses broad knowledge and educational experiences in administration, supervision, assessment, teaching, and curriculum development.
Position is full time: 52 weeks/year, 40 hours/week. Closing date: Position will remain open until filled.
