To help meet your educational expenses, Danville Area Community College is pleased to offer the services of FACTS Tuition Management Company. FACTS is a convenient budget plan for managing tuition and fees.  

• This is NOT a loan program; therefore, you have no debt, there is no interest or finance charges, there is no credit check.

• The only cost to budget monthly payments through FACTS is a $25.00 (per semester) non-refundable enrollment fee.

• With FACTS there are no monthly checks to mail or visits to the College's cashier window. Automated Bank Payments (ACH) transactions are made between FACTS and your financial institution. They will be deducted from your checking or savings account (or whomever will accept this payment responsibility).

• FACTS also offers a credit card option for making monthly payments. There are additional fees for this service. You may call FACTS at 1-800-233-1096 for further details about this option.

•  Enrollment is on-line using e-Cashier

 How FACTS Works

Using FACTS is simple. Enrollment is on-line using e-Cashier (see link below). You will provide your name, social security number, your address and account information for the person (yourself or someone else) accepting responsibility for making the payments each month. You will need to know the amount of tuition and fees you owe the College for the semester. Refer to your DACC billing statement or call the DACC Billing Office at 217.443.8767 or 217.443.8592  for the amount.

Please Note: If you are awarded financial aid (scholarships, grants and/or student loans) in the term you are using FACTS these funds will be used to reduce the balance of your account at the time the funds are awarded.  Your FACTS account will then be adjusted accordingly. If the awards cover the entire remaining balance of your payment plan FACTS will be canceled. If you have a credit balance on your account a refund will be issued to you and mailed to your address on record. As a reminder,  the $25.00 FACTS enrollment fee is non-refundable.
