Tax Return and/or Student Aid Report. Please provide a written
statement
identifying and declaring the net worth (current value - current debt)
of your business or the asset that is generating this income.
Provide
supporting documentation such as schedule B, C or C-EZ, Schedule D,
Schedule
E, etc.
- Investments include real estate (do not include
the
home
you live in), trust funds, money market funds, mutual funds,
certificates
of deposit, stocks, stock options, bonds, other securities, education
IRAs,
college savings plans, installment and land sale contracts (including
mortgages
held), commodities, etc. Investment value includes the market value of
these investments as of today. Investment debt means only those
debts
that are related to the investments.
Note: If the information you provided on the FAFSA is a "family"
owned business wirh less then 100 employees and/or a farm that you live
on and materially participate you do not need to provide the Net Worth.
However, provide a written statement to us indicating this fact so that
we can make corrections to your FAFA information. Else provide:
