You have just been placed on the wait list for a specific section of a DACC course.  If openings occur, you will have the opportunity to register for that course on Monday, January 8, 2007 until Noon at the Registration Office, 217-443-8800.  Registration for wait list courses will be taken on a first come, first served basis.

Although your name is on a wait list for a closed course ---

1. You are not guaranteed a seat in the course.

2. You are not placed ahead of or behind others on the list (i.e. a student who is #1 on the wait list has no advantage over a student who is #10.)

3. You are not automatically placed in the course if an opening should occur.
