2007-2008 Student Athlete Advisement Information
(12 Hours Minimum Each Semester, 30 Hours Minimum Before Fall Each Year, 3.00 Minimum Cum. GPA)

Athletic Director/Baseball (Tim Bunton, Assts. Geoff Desmond & Adam Decker)

15 - 18 Hours, Fall Semester.
12 - 15 Hours, Spring Semester (prefer MWF early classes only) need to avoid Tuesday/Thursday classes.
Spring: Monday night classes are OK.
Classes should be done as early as possible - each player should be in the earliest classes possible.

Men's Basketball (Mike Carpenter, Asst. Durrell Robinson)

16 Hours minimum for first semester.
Fitness Center (PEMW 135-138) & Weight Training (PEMW 113) is required each semester.
Classes should conclude by 3:30 p.m. each day.

Women's Basketball (Lyle Hicks, Asst. Kisha Burk)

15 Hours minimum each semester
Fitness Center (PEMW 135-138) & Weight Training (PEMW 113) is recommended each semester (not required).
Classes should conclude by 1:30 p.m.

Women's Softball (Jimmie Evans, Asst. J. R. Golden)

15 Hours minimum each semester
Fitness Center (PEMW 135-138) & Weight Training (PEMW 113) is required for each semester.
Classes should conclude by: 2:30 p.m. (Fall)
Classes should conclude by: 1:30 p.m., prefer MWF classes only (Spring)

Golf (Brian Hensgen)

12-15 (Fall) & 15-18 (Spring) Hours minimum.
Fitness Center (PEMW 135-138) is required each semester.
Limit night classes to M (Fall) and MW (Spring).
Fall semester: T,R classes are best.
Classes should conclude by 1:00 p.m. each day.
No golfer should be in an ENGL 101 that meets on Fridays.

Track & Cross-Country (Chris Dryer & Brian Rohrbach, Asst. Kylie Hicks)

15 - 18 Hours each semester.
Physical Fitness (PEMW 109, Section H) required, Fitness Center (PEMW 135-138) and Weight Training (PEMW 113) are encouraged each semester.
Classes should conclude by 3:30 p.m. each day.

Volleyball (Michael Kidwell, Asst. Carissa Drummond)

15 Hours minimum each semester.
Weight Training (PEMW 113)
Fitness Center (PEMW 135-138) is required each semester.
Classes should conclude by 1:30 (Fall).

Soccer (Dave Barney, Asst. Stan Hardy)

12 - 15 (Fall) & 15 - 18 (Spring) Hours minimum.
Fitness Center (PEMW 135-138) is required each semester.
Weight Training (PEMW 113) is suggested for Spring.
Classes should conclude by 1:00 p.m. each day in the Fall.
