Teaching Philosophy and Practice:

I believe the cycle of learning always begins with familiar surroundings.  From simple well known facts, the students takes steps that lead to more complex concepts.  It is my responsibility to demonstrate and encourage the practice of those steps until the new concepts become familiar.
