Educational/Professional
Background:
Louis Ballard is a master of fine arts graduate of the University of
Illinois with a specialty in ceramics. He also holds a Bachelors in Fine Arts in creative arts from the University of Colorado
at Denver and a 3-D Design Certificate from the Institute of American Indian Arts. At Danville Area Community
College, Mr. Ballard had taught 3-D design, ceramics, drawing, sculpture,
and painting. His ceramics have been exhibited in Chicago, New Mexico,
Oklahoma, Louisiana. Tennessee, Maine, New York, and throughout Illinois.
