Administrative Data Systems

The Administrative Data Systems department provides support for the Management Information Services (MIS) of the college. The primary tool used to provide these services is Colleague software from Datatel. The MIS functions supported by Colleague software include:

Business Office operations

• General Ledger
• Purchasing
• Accounts Payable

Human Resources operations

• Personnel
• Payroll

Student operations

• Student Records
• Faculty and Course administration
• Billing and Accounts Receivable
• Financial Aid Services

Student and Staff Web services related to the above functions are supported by WebAdvisor software from Datatel.

System Schedule

Colleague functions are generally available to staff from 5:00am to Midnight; 7 days per week. Backups to the system occur nightly after midnight. (Updates to the system my occasionally require some 'down' time, which typically occurs once per month, on a Saturday morning.)

WebAdvisor functions are normally available 24 hours per day; 7 days per week.
