Our Mission
To serve as a catalyst to improve and promote labor management cooperation in East Central Illinois. Programs are created and assistance is provided in promoting positive labor management relations.
Danville Area Labor Management Council (DALMC) supports industrial retention, expansion, and recruiting efforts.

Our Profile
The Danville Area Labor Management Council (DALMC) was formed on February 25, 1982.
The Council consists of 10 to 12 labor representatives and the same number of management representatives. The Danville Area Community College President and the President of the Economic Development Corporation serve as ex officio members.
The DACC Vice President for Instruction serves as the Council's facilitator and the Administrative Assistant to the Dean serves as recording secretary.
By encouraging labor and management to work together, the Council strives to improve the economic climate of the community. The Council provides assistance to organizations that want to start on-site labor management committees and other employee involvement programs.
