COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course introduces the student to C++ pointers, structured data, file operations and classes. This will take the student’s programming skills to the level of controlling memory resources with pointers as well using file operations for input and output. Dynamic data structures will be covered with structures and classes.

COURSE OBJECTIVES / GOALS:
  • To all students to fully use functions in a variety of methods.
  • To provide the basic concepts of objects, classes, and inheritance.
  • To provide the student with examples of object-oriented diagrams showing object dependencies and relationships.
  • To further enhance the student’s ability to create dynamic programs using decisions, loops, functions, arrays as well as structure, classes and file operations.
