4029 - Initial Employment

The Board shall act upon the employment of personnel upon the recommendation of the President. The Secretary of the Board shall have the authority, on behalf of the Board, to sign any employment contract or employment agreement. Such signature shall only be affixed after official action by the Board approving such employment and shall attest to formal Board action.
