Records

When & How Grades are Distributed

Grade reports are issued by the Records office at the end of each semester. Grade reports are generally mailed out the week after finals. Please note that students who have a balance due at the college (this includes library fines) will not have their grades released until the balance due has been taken care of.

Instructors do have the option of posting students' final grades outside the classroom (using a pre-determined student I.D). Students should ask their instructor (before the final) if they will be posting the grades outside the classroom.
