NOTES
  1. DACC recommends a three (3) hour course in Third World or Non-Western Culture, either in Humanities or Social Science.  A Third World or Non-Western Culture course is required for teacher certification.  See your counselor for a list of these courses.
  2. Art Education majors must take either LITR 114 (American Literature II) or LITR 122 (Chief English Writers from 1800-Present).  HLTH 101 (Contemporary Health) is required for Art Education majors only.
  3. The Foreign Language requirement is for Art History and General Studio Art Majors only regardless of high school foreign language completed.  Art History must take French or German.  Studio Art can take any foreign language.
