NOTE: Although our goal is to stick as closely as we can to this schedule, it is subject to change without notice. Students are welcome to call ahead to determine if there have been any changes. Our office telephone number is

PLEASE READ

WALK-INS:

To see a specific counselor/advisor, please plan to arrive at least 45 minutes before his/her walk-in hours end. Please be aware that coming earlier during walk-in hours is best because, during peak registration times, we may fill all of our available openings well before the end of walk-in hours.

APPOINTMENTS:

Must be scheduled in advance by calling 217-443-8750 or stopping by the Front Desk in the Counseling Office, LH-104.

ADMIN. TIME:

During this time, counselors/advisors are not scheduled to see students. This time is dedicated to projects, paper work, email, telephone calls, etc.

ANY counselor/advisor can be of assistance, but we recommend that you see the person who specializes in your major. Majors advised are listed under each counselor/advisor’s name below.
