This program is designed to meet the Illinois Real Estate Licenser Laws for entry into the real estate sales and brokerage field. Student must be admitted into the College and present training credentials equivalent to a high school diploma. Must be 21 years old to obtain a real estate license. Completion of BMGT 128 enables student to take licenser test for Real Estate Sales.
